Things to do in Florida August 24, 25, 26, 2012

There are so many Things to do in Florida August 24, 25, 26, 2012 you will need to eat a great deal to keep up your strength. Okay, that's a lame excuse for eating a great deal,... so how about the 3rd Great Southern Tailgate Cook-off on Amelia Island going on August 24th - 25th. Kick off the football season right with live music from The Little River band and other national, regional, and local bands, lots of food, sand and fun on one of north Florida's favorite shores. Music in fact is BIG this week. REEEALLY BIG, with The Fresh Beat Band treating some of Florida's youngest fans to a concert they'll be bopp'n' to in their dreams. And for music lovers of a different era, this week's list of things to do in Florida August 24, 25, 26, 2012 includes another dream concert featuring legendary guitarist Carlos Santana! Now that's BIG. There's also at least one other event happening this weekend you might say is both BIG and little - the Xtreme Indoor Karting's 6 Year Anniversary Celebration in Fort Lauderdale, FL on August 25th. Kid KJ, "The World’s Youngest Monster Truck Driver" will be there inspiring kids both small and large to reach for their own dreams. Just don't reach for any more ribs,...YOU'VE HAD ENOUGH!!! Besides, There are too many other things to do in Florida August 24, 25, 26, 2012.

It's a serendipity list of Things to do in Florida August 17, 18, 19, 2012. Serendipity, according to whatis.com is the act of finding something valuable or delightful when you are not looking for it. That definition would definitely fit the Morean Arts Center's 2nd Annual Great St. Pete Cupcake Contest on August 18th. What makes this event so serendipity is that it was created in celebration of National Cupcake Day which nobody on the web seems to agree has been officially declared. Not that anyone's complaining - cupcakes are delightful no matter how you happen upon them. Also while looking for things to do in Florida August 17, 18, 19, 2012 you may want to observe 'National Honeybee Day'. This one MUST be real since it has its own website and everything. That's as it should be with honeybees a major factor in our food supply and well deserving a day of their own. Speaking of food, one last serendipity treat in Florida this week is the Broadway Kids Studio's 'Little Shop of Horrors' in Fort Lauderdale. FEED ME SEYMOUR!!!   Don't miss it! Don't miss it! Things to do in Florida August 10, 11, 12, 2012

Here's a long lost of Things to do in Florida August 10, 11, 12, 2012. Since August 10th is National Lazy Day, you are not required to do anything on that day. August 11th is a whole nuther matter however and if you've got kids, YOU ARE RUNNING OUT OF TIME!!! Those days when you could actually carry what you needed to class are SOOOOOOOO long gone and if the current trend continues they may be having Back To School Wheelbarrow giveaways. For now though, a backpack should suffice and listed this week are a good many places to get those and whatever else little "High Tech Taylor" needs. Of course many of these Things to do in Florida August 10, 11, 12, 2012 combine back to school needs with back to school fun - Like the South Lakeland Mulberry Moose Lodge in Lakeland, FL where kids are given the chance to compete for the goods in the Lodge's 5th Annual Back To School Bingo!  Radio Disney is also pitching in at events like the one in Altamonte Springs providing great prizes and entertainment such as Damian Otchere's live performance at the Altamonte Mall on August 11th. That of course would be National Bowling Day. Even Florahome has a bowling alley in nearby Palatka, so get moving and find you some things to do in Florida August 10, 11, 12, 2012. What,... you think every day is National Lazy Day?
